		<description>You forgot the book. You need to get back on track. Fight temptation. You know that when you eliminate sweets, the pounds melt off of you. It&#039;s hard to do but you need to be strong and stay the course. Maybe you could do a fast one day a week. That sould help jump start and rid your body of toxins. I&#039;ll do it with you.</description>

Gah! Makes sense, though. Since beginning tennis, I&#039;ve gained a few pounds (I&#039;m always hungry!). Exercise is still really important, and I&#039;m going to keep it up, but I had better start focusing on my food if I want to get rid of the extra 10 I&#039;ve put on lately.</description>
